Travis graduated from Greensburg High School in 2002. He received his associates degree from Vincennes University in 2004 and then attended Western Kentucky University majoring in Agricultural Economics. In 2005, Travis joined the Army and served in the 25th Infantry Division completing 2 deployments to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Travis started working in the precision ag division at Jacobi Sales in 2010. He founded Xperience Ag in 2013 with the purpose of providing exceptional service on precision GPS technologies and products.
Travis resides in Shelby County with his wife, Laura, and their 2 children. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and traveling.
Dustin graduated from Greensburg High School in 2006. He then attended Vincennes University majoring in Applied Sciences and Agri-Business. Dustin has worked within the precision ag industry since 2012. He joined the Xperience Ag team in 2017.
Dustin resides just outside of Batesville, Indiana with his wife, Susan, and their 5 children. Dustin enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and golfing.
Ben graduated from North Decatur High School in 2005. He went on to obtain an Agricultural Economics degree from Purdue University in 2009. After graduation, Ben worked in the ag lending industry as a credit analyst in addition to helping his family on their farm after college. In 2021, Ben joined the Xperience Ag team.
Ben lives in Decatur County with his wife Amelia and two daughters. He enjoys boating, golfing, traveling, and rooting on the Boilermakers.
Mark graduated from Greensburg High School. He then attended IUPUI majoring in Business Management. Mark worked for Wood-mizer for 27 years then owned his own business for 12 ½ years. He joined the Xperience Ag team in 2022. Mark enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
Emma graduated from Greensburg High School in 2020. She then went on to further her education at Purdue University majoring in Agricultural Systems Management with minors in Crop Science, Agribusiness Management, and Farm Management. She joined the Xperience Ag team full time after graduating in May of 2024.
Emma enjoys volleyball, pickleball, watching Purdue sports, hanging out with her best friend Cressa, and frequently asking for an office pet.
Nick graduated from Oldenburg Academy in 2021. He went on to further his education at Purdue University majoring in Agricultural Engineering. After interning with Xperience Ag for two summers, he joined the team full time in May 2025 following his graduation.
Nick enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, playing basketball and softball, and watching Purdue sports. He also enjoys spending time with his family around the family farm.
Laura graduated from Southwestern High School in Shelby County in 2003. She attended Ball State University where she received her undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology in 2007 and a Master of Arts in 2009 in Speech Pathology. She worked within the school systems for 14 years with children preschool age through high school. In 2022, Laura joined her husband and the Xperience Ag team.
Laura enjoys teaching dance, traveling, baking, and spending time with family.
Chris graduated from Rensselaer Central High School in 2000, and spent 25 years in the Marine Corps. He received a degree in Aeronautical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and recently joined the Xperience Ag team as part of the military SkillBridge program.
Chris lives in Decatur County with his wife Amberly and two children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and the outdoors.
Cressa and Weston help the Xperience Ag team with advertising and office management. Both are eager to help with various tasks such as installs and machine operation. Cressa enjoys dancing, reading, and learning new things. Weston enjoys baseball, tractors, and helping out both at home and the office.
